血管钙化相关研究的文献计量学及可视化分析

摘要:

目的 通过对血管钙化相关英文文献进行计量、共现、共被引及可视化分析,探索该领域研究现状、热点及动态前沿。方法 以Web of Science数据库中的核心合集为数据源,应用文献计量学方法,并借助CiteSpace软件,对2005~2020年血管钙化的相关研究的年度发文、学科分布、国家/机构分布、期刊分布、作者分布及关键词进行分析,并绘制可视化图谱。结果 纳入4351篇SCI文章,发文量逐年增加。血管钙化领域涉及泌尿肾脏学、周围血管疾病、心脏心血管系统等多个学科。高产国家包括美
国、中国、日本等,主要研究机构有加利福尼亚大学、哈佛大学、马斯特里赫特大学等,北京大学也
占有一席之地。Circulation和Kidney Int杂志收录最多。高产作者包括Cees Vermeer和Ziad A. Massy。被引
次数最多的作者是Ge'rard M. London,其在2003年于Nephrol Dial Transpl杂志发表的论文是最重要的参考
文献。本领域的重点关键词包括光束计算机断层扫描、C反应蛋白、全因死亡率、动脉、冠状动脉。预测未来将围绕血管钙化的机制与对策继续深入研究。结论 分析结果揭示了目前血管钙化领域的研究现状、趋势和热点,为科研人员提供了可参考的选题内容和研究方向。

Abstract:

Objective Metered, co-occurrence, co-citation, and visual analysis of English literature regarding
vascular calcification can help us intuitively understand the research status, hotspots and dynamic frontiers in
this field. Methods Bibliometric methods were applied with a core collection of data from the web of science
database, and the yearly publications, discipline distribution, country/institution distribution, journal distribution,
author distribution, and keywords of relevant studies on vascular calcification from 2005 to 2020 were analyzed
and visualized with the aid of CiteSpace software. Results A total of 4351 SCI papers were included, and the
number of issued papers increased year by year. Vascular calcification research involves many disciplines, such
as uronephrology, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac and cardiovascular systems. High-yielding countries
include the United States, China, Japan, and so on. Major research institutes include the University of California,
Harvard University, Maastricht University, and so on, with Peking University also having a place. Circulation and
Kidney Int published the most of research regarding vascular calcification. High-yielding authors include Cees
Vermeer and Ziad A. Massy. The most cited author is Ge’rard M. London, whose paper published in the Journal
Nephrol dial transpl in 2003 was the most important reference. Keywords highlighted in the field include beam
computed tomography, C-reactive protein, all-cause mortality, arterial, coronary. Future research will revolve
around mechanisms and Countermeasures to vascular calcification. Conclusions The results of this study reveal
the current status, trends and hot spots in the field of vascular calcification research, and provided a reference for
researchers to select topics and research directions.
